Preparation
Following the initial project planning with the usual review of documents and contract components, the property's operational concept is tailored to the client's needs. Subsequently, the potential property team is introduced to develop an initial sense of collaboration.
Implementation
The initial assessment at the start of implementation includes technical asset inspection with quantity reconciliation, review of operational documentation, and comprehensive training of our staff on the property's technical infrastructure. By digitizing the FM inventory, we ensure a technically flawless asset condition. The emergency service is ready from the start and available around the clock for you.
Completion
